Our packages

Discover your microbiome.
Choose your scope.

One test. Food response. Change over time. Or all of it together.

Your microbiome is not just a list of bacteria. It is a dynamic ecosystem that interacts with your diet, lifestyle and how your body works. That is why GutLoop does not end with a test result. We combine microbiota analysis with data about how you eat and – in selected packages – with your individual glycaemic response.

What’s inside

What do you actually get in a microbiome test?

It is more than a list of bacteria. The list is only the beginning: at GutLoop the result goes through bioinformatic analysis and is then presented in a way that helps you understand what each element of your profile means.

01

Sample collection

You receive the kit needed to collect and send your sample.

02

16S rRNA sequencing

We analyse the genetic material of the microorganisms in the sample to determine their composition.

03

Bioinformatic analysis

Raw data goes through a pipeline that organises and analyses the microbiota information.

04

Your report

Results are presented in the GutLoop app together with their interpretation and selected indicators.

05

Recommendations

Report information is combined with your profile and diet to generate more individual guidance.

How to read the result

Three layers of your result

We do not just look at “which bacteria you have”. Your report has several levels of information.

01 — Microbiome composition

Who is part of your ecosystem?

We show the composition of your microbiota and its diversity. This is the basic layer – a map of the microorganisms in your sample.

02 — Functions and indicators

What can we say about the potential functions of the microbiome?

Based on composition we analyse selected indicators related to fermentation and metabolite production. The presence of microorganisms does not automatically mean a function occurs at a given intensity — we interpret the result as part of a wider picture.

03 — Your context

What might this result mean for you specifically?

The same composition does not have to mean identical needs. That is why we combine microbiome data with information about your diet, lifestyle and goals, and in selected packages with your glycaemic response.

How is GutLoop different from other microbiota tests?

A result should not end with a PDF. Many tests reveal the composition of the microbiota. We build GutLoop as a system of information and action in which the result is the beginning of further work.

01

Data analysis

We use 16S rRNA sequencing and our own bioinformatic pipeline.

02

Interpretation

We don’t want to leave you with a list of bacterial names whose meaning you can’t work out on your own.

03

Dietary context

We relate the results to how you eat and to your goals.

04

Personalisation

Recommendations are created using data about the specific user.

05

Metabolic data

In selected packages you can combine microbiome information with glucose monitoring and meal response.

06

Observation over time

You can come back to the test after a few months and compare results.

The microbiome changes. So does your plan.

Your microbiome is not a fixed value recorded once and for all. Its composition and function are shaped by many factors – diet, lifestyle, medicines, environment and other aspects of everyday life.

That is why a single result mainly shows a point in time. You can, however, treat it as a starting point.

We don’t promise a specific change in your microbiome.
We give you the means to observe it.

01

Gut Metabolic · Gut Metabolic Map

Why measure glucose?
Because the microbiome is only part of the story.

We all know food affects glucose levels. But the response to the same meal can differ between people. That is why the metabolic packages add glucose monitoring with a CGM.

You can then compare:

  • What you eat
  • +
  • How glucose responds
  • +
  • What your microbiome looks like

See your response to meals

Instead of relying only on general rules, you can observe data from your own body.

Notice individual differences

The same product does not have to cause the same response in everyone.

Connect the data

Glycaemic response information can be analysed together with microbiome and dietary data.

Understand your profile better

It is not about finding one “perfect diet”. It is about understanding your own body’s response better.

Important: glucose monitoring in GutLoop is used to observe individual responses to meals and is not a stand-alone diagnostic test or a substitute for medical advice.

Why repeat the test?

One test shows a moment. A second test — after following the recommendations — shows change.

Today

Imagine you start with a result

You change how you eat and live. You use the app. You watch your data. After a few months you take another test.

Again

Now you can compare both results

You no longer ask only “what is my microbiome like?”. You can ask “what has changed in my microbiome?”. That is the idea behind Gut Map.

And what if the result doesn’t change?

That is information too. GutLoop does not assume every lifestyle change must lead to a specific microbiome result. The body is a complex system.

So instead of promising: „your microbiome will be better” — we say: „Check what has changed.”

Dietitian consultation

Want to talk about your result?

With any package you can add a consultation with a dietitian. During the consultation you can discuss:

  • your report
  • how you eat
  • the key elements of your result
  • the recommendations
  • questions about next steps
You don’t have to choose the consultation right away. You can get your result first, review it in the app and only then decide whether you need to talk to a specialist.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does the whole test work?

After purchase you receive a sample collection kit and instructions. The sample goes to the laboratory for 16S rRNA analysis. The data is then processed bioinformatically and the result appears in the GutLoop app.

How long does it take to get the result?

Turnaround depends on the laboratory process and current workload. Once we receive your sample we will keep you informed about the next steps.

What exactly does GutLoop test?

The test analyses the composition of the gut microbiota using 16S rRNA sequencing. From that data we prepare a microbiota profile and selected indicators and interpretations available in the report.

Will the test show whether I am healthy?

No. A microbiota test is not a general health test and does not replace medical diagnostics. It shows information about your microbiota that can be relevant to diet, lifestyle and how your body functions.

Will the result tell me which bacteria are “good” and which are “bad”?

The microbiome is not a simple split into “good” and “bad” bacteria. The meaning of a given microorganism depends on its abundance, environment, other microorganisms and the whole biological context. That is why GutLoop shows an ecosystem, not a simple list.

Can I change my diet on my own based on the result?

The report can help you understand your profile and give dietary guidance, but it does not replace medical or dietetic advice. If you have a condition, take medicines or have special dietary needs, discuss changes with a specialist.

Do I need to follow a specific diet before the test?

The point is not to artificially change how you eat before the test – you want to see your real profile. Detailed preparation instructions come with the kit.

Can I take the test if I am taking probiotics?

This may matter for interpreting the result. You will receive preparation guidance before the test. Do not stop any treatment without consulting a specialist.

Does the test replace a colonoscopy, blood tests or other diagnostics?

No. A microbiota test is a different kind of information and does not replace standard medical diagnostics.

Can I do the second test earlier than after 6 months?

Whether and when it makes sense to repeat the test depends on what you want to observe. Gut Map is designed to compare your starting point with the result after a longer period of following the recommendations.

If my result is “bad”, does that mean I am ill?

No. There is no single universal microbiome result that tells whether a person is healthy or ill. The result must be interpreted in the context of the whole body, symptoms, lifestyle and other information.

Will GutLoop tell me exactly what to eat?

GutLoop can give personalised recommendations, but it is not one rigid list of products for every day. We rather show what to strengthen, what to observe and which choices may fit your profile better.

Is it worth testing if I have no problems?

Yes, if you are interested in getting to know your microbiota and observing it over time. We do not treat the test as a “am I healthy” check, though – it is a starting point for understanding your own biology.

Suggested starting path

Gut Test · 699 zł

You learn your starting point: microbiome composition, report and recommendations in the app for 3 months. This is a suggestion, not a diagnosis. Any package can be topped up with a dietitian consultation (+299 zł).

Your data.
Your biology.
Your decision.

GutLoop does not tell you there is one perfect diet. Nor that one result defines your body. We give you data, context and tools to observe them. You decide what to do with them.
