What can you change by knowing your microbiome better?
Your microbiome is part of your biology. The test helps you understand its composition and selected functions, and then translate that information into concrete diet and lifestyle actions.
It is not about one “good” result. It is about getting to know your own biology and checking how it changes over time.
Test your microbiome
16S rRNA sequencing reveals the composition of your microbiota and selected information about how it functions.
See what your data means
In the app you get a clear report and information about the areas worth supporting.
Tailor your actions
You receive personalised diet and lifestyle recommendations you can introduce step by step.
Test again and see the change
After some time you can repeat the test and compare results to see what has changed in your microbiome.
Your results → your recommendations → your actions → your next result
The screens show a process, not a “result to interpret”. The microbiome test is only the beginning.

Want to know more?
Find out what science says about the microbiome and digestion, body weight, metabolism, energy, sleep, skin and immunity.
We do not use messages that suggest guaranteed health improvement (“after 90 days your result will be better”, “you will lose weight”, “you will boost your immunity”). We say: see how your microbiome changes; compare results over time; learn which areas are worth supporting.
Don’t guess. Check.
GutLoop combines data from your microbiome, information about you and our map of biological relationships to turn biology into everyday decisions.

The same meal. Different responses.
What works for one person doesn’t have to work the same way for another. Many factors shape how the body responds to food — including the individual microbiome. GutLoop helps turn those differences into better-matched recommendations.

In your case the key may be increasing fibre diversity and gradually introducing fermented foods.
It’s not about eating perfectly.
It’s about knowing better what is right for you.
GutLoop combines information about your microbiome with your goals, diet and lifestyle to create more personalised recommendations.
Illustrative example. “Healthy” does not always mean “best suited to you”. We are not saying that one person “can eat fast food and another cannot” — the same food can be part of different dietary contexts.
There is a whole micro-world inside you.
Meet its heroes.
A huge community of microorganisms lives in your gut. Together they form a complex ecosystem that changes every day under the influence of diet, lifestyle, age and medicines.
Different microorganisms have different properties and can play different roles in the gut — taking part in fibre fermentation, metabolic processes or the production of metabolites. Your microbiome is therefore not just a list of bacteria. It is a whole ecosystem and a network of relationships.
Meet the six heroes of our microbiome
Our heroes help us talk about complex biology in simple language. Each represents a different group of microorganisms and its properties.
Each of these microorganisms has different properties. Together they form part of a complex ecosystem that we can get to know better through microbiome analysis. We never claim that one hero = one bacterium = one function.
Now imagine you could see what your own ecosystem looks like.
GutLoop analyses your microbiome and turns the data into a clear profile, interpretation and personalised recommendations.

Frequently asked questions
The test analyses the composition of the gut microbiota using 16S rRNA sequencing. From that data we prepare a microbiota profile and selected indicators and interpretations available in the report.
After purchase you receive a sample collection kit and instructions. The sample goes to the laboratory for 16S rRNA analysis, the data is processed bioinformatically and the result appears in the GutLoop app.
No. A microbiota test is not a general health test and does not replace medical diagnostics. It shows information about your microbiota that can be relevant to diet, lifestyle and how your body functions.
The microbiome is not a simple split into “good” and “bad” bacteria. The meaning of a given microorganism depends on its abundance, environment and other microorganisms. That is why GutLoop shows an ecosystem, not a simple list.
Whether and when it makes sense to repeat the test depends on what you want to observe. Gut Map is designed to compare your starting point with the result after a longer period of following the recommendations.
Meet the world you carry inside you.
Your microbiome is more complex than any list of bacteria. GutLoop helps you see its composition, understand the relationships and turn data into everyday actions.
